Elite Force 1911 Gas Blowback Pistols

The Elite Force 1911 CO2 gas blowback pistols are high quality, lightweight, accurate and reliable sidearms. This pistol comes in two models, the 1911 and 1911 Tac, both of which accept the same magazines, have the same fps range, and have many of the same features.

More on these pistols after the jump!

The Elite Force 1911 gas blowback pistol comes with a matte black finished on the receiver and slide. The gun feels just like other green gas 1911's, however it is considerably lighter. True to the real steel version, this 1911 features a functioning grip safety, and slide safety. The gun also comes with a lanyard loop at the base of the grip. The Elite Force 1911 uses CO2 as s propellant, which is built into the detachable magazine. This means that the CO2 is not stored in the gun, as is the case in many other CO2 pistols. This makes reloading a bit easier, and more realistic.

The Elite Force 1911 Tac has all the same features as the 1911, however it comes with a few additional perks. The 1911 Tac has a two tone body, with the receiver a dark earth tan and the slide matte black. The Tac has a 20mm rail built into the receiver, for the addition of lasers and compact lights. Additionally, the slide safety is larger on the Tac, making it easier to access with gloves or during fast movement. The iron sights on the Tac are slightly larger, and have brighter white dots than the 1911, making them easier to see in low-light conditions. The trigger on the gun has holes in it, mostly for the aesthetics of the more aggressive 1911 Tac. The 1911 Tac uses the same CO2 magazines as the standard 1911.

Both the Elite Force 1911's come with a 14mm Counter Clockwise threaded outer barrel, for the addition of mock suppressors, compensators and flash hiders. This is a huge plus as a standard feature of these guns, as a threaded outer barrel is usually harder to find and at additional cost for a gas blowback pistol. The threading is extremely solid, and fits all CCW accessories perfectly. The barrel in the 1911 is also very strong, and can support a good amount of weight added to it, optimal for larger suppressors.

Both Elite Force 1911's are shooting between 330-370 fps out of the box, making them legal for most indoor airsoft arenas and fields. We recommend use of Umarex CO2 12g capsules, and Elite Force Bio BB's.
